This kayak route will take us downstream and through history, to one of the toughest periods that the Terres de l’Ebre endured. The landscape surrounding us will serve as a backdrop to discover the historical events and the stories of some protagonists who experienced the war up close. We will recall the Battle of the Ebro, the passage of Republican troops, and the struggle of the pontoners to keep the river crossing open. We will also remember figures like the Miravet writer and poet Roc Llop, a survivor of the Nazi camps in Gusen-Mauthausen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity is carried out in collaboration with the historical guiding company Terra Enll\u00e0, specializing in the Spanish Civil War.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
