EbreRIC, a relaxing experience stroke by stroke
Discover a different way to connect with nature with this experience that combines kayaking and yoga in a unique setting. Gently paddling along the river, you will leave behind the fast pace of daily life and enter a space of calm and beauty.
The kayak route is calm and accessible, ideal for enjoying the landscape with serenity, listening only to the sound of the water and nature. At the beginning and throughout the route, we will stretch body and mind with yoga sessions adapted to all levels.
With gentle movements and mindful breathing, yoga will help us reconnect with ourselves and fully enjoy this privileged environment. It is a moment to relax, release tension and recharge energy.
An experience designed to disconnect, take care of yourself and experience the river in a different way, unhurried and with all your senses.
This is a guided activity led by two professionals, with limited spots to ensure a proper experience. You can choose between a single or double kayak.
Approximate schedule:
- 4:00 pm: meeting point in Garcia. Short yoga session and equipment distribution.
- 5:00 pm: everyone on the water
- 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm: gentle river descent; halfway through we will stop to enjoy a yoga session in a unique natural setting
- 6:30 pm: finish in Móra d’Ebre, where we will share a light snack. Drivers will be taken back to their cars.
The schedule is approximate and may vary depending on the number of participants, weather conditions or other factors.

Things to keep in mind:
- Places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment must be made when confirming the booking, after availability has been confirmed.
- In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or by the organizers, a full refund will be issued. In case of cancellation by the client, a refund will be given if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- What to bring? Comfortable clothing and footwear that can get wet, water, sunscreen, a cap/hat, and a yoga mat.
